How to view and edit a report

When you need to find or make changes to your assigned reports.

Permissions needed:

  • Management Console

  • Management Information

1. Select Management Console > Management information > View reports

2. This opens a list of your assigned management reports. Select EDIT next to the report you want to edit:

3. Scroll and/or select the tabs where you want to make edits:

4. When you’ve made the changes, you have four options. Select a button to:

  • Run report: Creates a report with live results. Select Drill Down (HTML) to open the report in a new window for you to explore, or select Excel or CSV to download

  • Update report definition: Updates the existing report with your changes

  • Delete report definition: Deletes the report permanently

  • Save report definition: Saves as a new report definition. Enter a name, and select the dropdown


Select either:

  • Do not share with other administrators

  • Share to a Management Information domain where other team members have access
