Permissions needed:
Your own account on the Skillcast portal
1. Make sure your Administrator has configured SSO
2. Check your inbox or ask your Administrator for an SSO login link
3. Enter your Skillcast login details (you'll probably only need to do this once)
4. Now you'll stay logged in as long as you're also logged into your company network or intranet
If you can't login, it may be because one of these reasons:
Your Skillcast account has been archived
Your Skillcast account doesn't exist
There's a typo in your Skillcast account or it's been registered on a different email address
Does Skillcast's SSO support integration with all identity providers?
Skillcast's SSO uses the commonly used SAML protocol, making it compatible with any identity provider using SAML. Examples of applications used by clients include OneLogin, Azure AD, and Okta.
Please contact your company admin to check the above first, and then message [email protected] with the details.
Can users authenticate themselves using both Single-Sign-On (SSO) and a traditional username and password?
Yes β although we recommend just one method for each user to avoid confusion.
We also recommend SSO as the primary method, but recognise that some users, such as third-party contractors, might not be able to use SSO. For those use cases, please make sure:
Authentication methods are secure and properly implemented to prevent any potential security vulnerabilities
Users know which authentication method they should be using
Users have instructions and guidance on how to use each method
