CPD Tags, Categories and Learning Path Activity Settings

Tags can be used to help organise learning activities and improve CPD reporting for learners and administrators.

They are fully configurable, allowing your organisation to create a tagging structure that aligns with your own reporting and development requirements.

How do I set this up?

If you would like to use tags, speak to your Customer Success Manager and provide:

  • The tag groups you would like to create

  • The tags you would like to track

  • Any activity categories you would like to use

  • Any target values that should be measured against specific tags

  • Whether tags should be applied to content, CPD schemes, or both

Your Customer Success Manager will configure these settings for you.

What does the learner see?

Once configured, learners can:

  • View their progress against tagged CPD requirements

  • Track progress towards any configured targets

  • Access progress information through My Activities/My Profile

  • Download reports containing their CPD activity and progress data

Where targets have been configured, learners will see progress bars showing how much they have completed towards their goal.

Important Information

  • Tags must be created before they can be applied to content or CPD schemes.

  • Tags only appear in learner progress tracking if a target has been configured.

  • Tags enhance reporting but are not available as a standalone report.
