When hosting a Skillcast SCORM on another LMS how long is usage data retained for and what are the controls for storage and transit?

When a user opens a Skillcast remote SCORM module that is hosted on a client LMS a message is sent to the Skillcast servers that contains the users Student ID and Student Name, which are provided by the LMS.

The Student ID is sometimes the user's email address, but this depends on what the client LMS decides to provide.

This information is stored in the Skillcast system along with the title of the course they accessed and the date/time they accessed it; it can be viewed by the customer if they want to know who the people are who have accessed the content.

No other information (such as status, score etc) is transferred to Skillcast and stored.
