Please ensure you have appropriate administrator permissions to access Policy Management.
Navigate to Management Console
Access Policy Management: From the Management Console dashboard, locate and select "Policy Management" from the navigation menu.
Search for Policies: Use the search functionality within Policy Management to locate the policies you wish to update. You can search by name, category, or any other relevant criteria.
Select Policies: Once you've identified the policies, either use the "select all" option to choose all policies displayed, or manually select the specific policies you want to update using the tick boxes next to each policy.
Choose Status Update: Decide whether you want to set the policy status to "live" or "suspended" by selecting the relevant radio button option.
Update Status: After making your selection, click the "Update" button to apply the chosen status update to the selected policies.
*Policies with statuses such as "Awaiting Approval," "Not sent for Approval," or "Ready for Release" cannot be updated using this method. These statuses indicate that the policies are part of a workflow and have not completed the necessary process.
