If you missed a Question of the Day and it has expired, it will appear as Not attempted in your Performance tab. Depending on how your campaign administrator has configured the campaign, you may have the option to revisit and complete any unanswered questions. This guide will walk you through how to find and answer these missed questions.
Accessing the current question
If your campaign allows you to revisit missed questions, you will need to start from the most recent campaign email.
Click the link provided in your latest Question of the Day email
This will take you directly to the current question for that day
Navigating to the Performance tab
Once on the Question page:
Select the Performance tab
Here you will see an overview of all modules included in the campaign and your performance for each
Reviewing missed questions
In the Performance tab, any questions you did not complete will be marked as Not attempted.
Select the Not attempted bar
A list of all missed questions that you are allowed to revisit will open
Answering missed questions
If the campaign settings allow it:
Select a missed question from the list
Review the content and submit your answer
Continue working through the list until all available unanswered questions are completed

Check your Performance tab regularly during the campaign period to avoid missed questions
If you do not see the option to revisit questions, your campaign administrator may have disabled this feature
