The data under Employees shows the Live accounts for any staff domain you have access to.
When you drill down you can choose from a display of ‘View as table’ or ‘View as grid’, the default is View as grid.
Please be advised that as you navigate around the Dashboard there may be instances where View as table is not available due to the amount of information displayed.
Depending on which attributes have been selected as ‘Dashboard Attributes’ the relevant information will display, such as Hire date, Country, Job Title.
This will also impact the number of cards and rows shown on each page. To navigate through the pages, scroll to the bottom of the cards or table.
You can use the Search area to find a specific individual or use the dropdown to sort in a specific order. The values you can select from are those chosen against ‘Dashboard Attributes’.
If you wanted to save a filter against specific staff, you can select the individuals by using the drop pin icon.
Once you have selected the individuals, open the Filter where you can select ‘Only include selected employees (you have x employees selected), and click Apply.
Once the filter is selected, if you navigate around using the details displayed under the Filter, you will only see if information in relation to the filter.
You can drill down into a member of staff, to see the overall view of their assignments.
Select any of the cards or graphs for more in-depth information.
You can use the Search area to find a specific assignment or use the dropdown to sort in a specific order. The values you can select from are those displayed on the cards.

If you are subscribed to our Enhanced or Premium Packages and are using the Question of the Day (QOTD) feature, the layout will appear slightly different:
For more detailed information at user level, select the 'View Results' button on the Question of the Day card.
You can use the Search area to look through different campaigns:
Select the relevant campaign to review the topics on which the questions were asked:
Once a topic card is selected, you can review the number of questions asked about that topic throughout the campaign and the employee's results:
