This guide explains how to view and filter employee information using the Dashboard. You will learn how to navigate the different display options, search for staff, and review assignment and campaign results.
What You Need to Know
The Employees section displays live accounts for any staff domain you have access to.
Information shown depends on which attributes are set as 'Dashboard Attributes' (e.g., Hire date, Country, Job Title).
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Viewing Employee Data
Go to the Dashboard and select the Employees section.
By default, information is shown in View as grid. You can switch to View as table if available.
Note: In some areas, View as table may not be available due to the amount of information displayed.
2. Navigating and Filtering
The number of cards or rows per page depends on the selected Dashboard Attributes.
To move between pages, scroll to the bottom of the cards or table.
Use the Search area to find a specific individual.
Use the dropdown to sort employees by any of the Dashboard Attributes.
3. Saving and Applying Filters
To save a filter for specific staff, select individuals using the drop pin icon.
Open the Filter menu and select Only include selected employees (you have x employees selected), then click Apply.
When a filter is active, only information related to the selected employees will be displayed as you navigate.
4. Reviewing Individual Employee Details
Click on a staff member to see an overview of their assignments.
Select any card or graph for more detailed information.
Use the Search area or dropdown to find or sort assignments.
Click on an assignment to view the employee's activity, training record, and details.
Tips
Use Dashboard Attributes to customise which information is displayed.
Save filters to quickly access groups of staff you review regularly.
If you cannot see the table view, try reducing the number of attributes displayed.
Limitations
Note:
Table view may not be available if too much information is displayed.
The information shown is limited to the Dashboard Attributes selected for your domain.
