What this feature does
Saving a report allows you to store a filtered view of a training item so you can access it instantly from your Saved reports list. This is useful when you regularly monitor progress or need to revisit the same training details.
How to create and save a report
You can save a report while viewing any E-learning assignment from your Dashboard.
Select View courses on the E-learning graph. This displays all E-learning assignments available to you.
Select the E-learning item you want to save a report for, such as AML (UK).
Click the Save icon.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that this is the report you want to save.
Once confirmed, the report will appear under Saved reports, allowing you to return to it more quickly.
Managing saved reports
You can remove items from your Saved reports at any time.
Open your Saved reports list.
Select the saved report you want to delete.
Choose the delete icon to remove it.
Tips and troubleshooting
Make sure your filters are correct before saving so your report always loads the view you expect.
If your saved report isn’t appearing, try refreshing the Dashboard or checking whether you are in the correct area of your portal.
Limitations
Saved reports reflect the filters selected at the moment you save them. If you change filters later on, you need to save a new report to keep the updated view.
