Reviewing New Joiner information within the Dashboard

Updated this week

This guide explains how you can view and understand the information displayed for new joiners within your Dashboard. It helps you identify which team members have recently started and how to access more details about their onboarding progress.

New joiners are any employees who have started within the last 30 days.

Viewing additional details

You can select or drill down into each new joiner to view further information about their profile or progress. This helps you understand where they are in their onboarding journey and whether any actions may be required.

If a graph or metric displays with an empty tray icon, this simply means that there is currently no data available for that section. This often occurs when a new joiner has not yet completed any activities that feed into that part of the Dashboard.

Tips for interpreting your Dashboard

  • Use the Hire Date field as a reference point for understanding why a staff member appears in the New Joiner list

  • If a tray appears empty, check back later as data may update once the new joiner begins completing tasks

  • Drill down into individual profiles to get the most accurate view of onboarding progress

Limitations

  • Some sections of the Dashboard may remain blank if the new joiner has not yet generated activity or if the organisation has not enabled certain features

  • Data availability may vary depending on your configuration and the attributes assigned within your HR system

Conclusion

You can now confidently review new joiner information within your Dashboard, understand what each section shows, and interpret empty data areas correctly.
