How it works
Select Reporting and select the Employees reporting to me tab:
This shows staff who report directly to you. Select the View employee button to drill down into more details. Select View team to view details of anyone reporting to them.
Troubleshooting
There may be times when not all employees are visible in Reporting. Below are some of the most common causes and how to troubleshoot them:
Ensure all users, except the CEO or the highest-ranking person in the hierarchy, have a valid Line Manager ID assigned to their profile. The Line Manager ID is used to build the reporting hierarchy.
Check that a user's Line Manager ID is not the same as their own unique identifier (such as their email address or Employee Number). This can create a circular reporting structure and prevent hierarchy data from displaying correctly.
Verify that there are no duplicate or inactive Employee IDs or Line Manager IDs, as these can cause issues with the reporting hierarchy and affect visibility within Reporting.
If you’re still having issues or think you may need different permissions, please contact your Customer Success Manager at [email protected].
