This article explains how you can review the status of assignments in the Dashboard. The Dashboard provides an overview of learning activity for all employees, helping you monitor progress, identify overdue items and understand any training risks.
Accessing Assignment Status
To review assignments, select View learning paths within the Assignments area of your Dashboard. You can then explore each status category to see assignment details for individuals or groups. Every category includes a search bar to find specific employees or assignments and a dropdown menu that allows you to sort by the values shown on each assignment card.
Completed Assignments
The Completed Assignments area displays all assignments that have been successfully finished.
Each card shows key information such as the date completed and the score achieved.
You can use the search field to find a specific individual or assignment, and the dropdown to sort the results according to the values shown on the cards.
Pending Assignments
Pending Assignments includes all training that has been assigned but not completed and has a deadline date in the future.
The search field and sorting dropdown work the same way as in the Completed Assignments area, helping you quickly locate employees or specific items.
Overdue Assignments
Overdue Assignments shows training where the deadline has already passed.
You can search by name or assignment and use the dropdown to sort results by the values displayed on each card.
This area is especially helpful when monitoring compliance risks.
Failed Assignments
Failed Assignments appears when an assessment allows a limited number of attempts and an employee has used all attempts without achieving the required pass mark.
Selecting this category displays a card for each employee who has reached the maximum number of attempts.
Use the search field to find individuals and the dropdown to sort results.
Declined Assignments
Declined Assignments shows any assignment where an employee has actively declined a policy attestation.
Selecting this section displays a card for each staff member who selected the option indicating they do not accept the policy.
Planned Assignments
Planned Assignments shows upcoming assignments that will become active in the future.
This status is used for learning paths that have the setting “assignments become active [X] days before deadline.”
When you select this status, you will see a card for each employee, showing details such as the assignment date.
The assignment date is the date the assignment became active for that learner.
Tips
Use the search function when checking large groups to quickly focus on specific employees
Use sorting to surface highest risk groups, such as overdue or failed assignments
Review Planned Assignments regularly to anticipate upcoming training cycles
Limitations
Sorting options depend on the values displayed on the assignment cards
Planned assignments only appear for learning paths using the future activation setting
