This will show a view of Employees, Assignment deadlines, E-learning, Policies, Offline activities and Events (Some options will only appear if enabled).

You can drill down for more information each month by selecting a relevant month.
If you select an assignment card you will receive the list of users for the relevant course in the selected month.
If you select a user you will see records for all activities in that Learning Path.

The E-learning graph shows the Completed, Incomplete and Failed courses in the selected year.

Each row or card below is relevant to the month in the year you have chosen and shows the breakdown for the number of Completed, Incomplete and Failed courses, hours spent on the modules and the average completion time of the courses in minutes.

If you select a title for a course, you will receive more details about the completion of the relevant course in the selected month.
