A registered owner of compliance registers can be given permission to withdraw submissions on behalf of a submitter via the specific Register Audit Log.
The Register Audit Log is an overall log of all submissions and a detailed audit history of each submission. Within the audit log, you can review the current status of any submission, the approvers at each stage, and the approval rules met.
Go to Management Console and select Registers
Select the register you would like to review and select Audit Log
Select the submission you would like to withdraw
From here you will see all the submissions with high-level details of the submission, the current progress and comments
You can add a comment and withdraw the submission at the bottom of the screen.
The withdrawal comments will be added to the Comment tab of the submission, and the submitter will receive a notification that an additional comment has been added.
