Within an event session there is now a new option called ‘Waiting list’ and to enable the waiting list you only need to select the amount of users who can book on to the waiting list.
E.g., if you had 15 delegates as your maximum number of delegates, with at minimum of 6 people that needed to attend before the event went ahead and a waiting list availability of 5 people. The set up would look like this:
When this event has 15 users attending, the status of the event will change to Waiting List open and when 5 users have added their name to the event, the waiting list will close.
