What Joining the Waiting List Means
When an event session reaches capacity and the waiting list feature is enabled, you will see the option to join the waiting list directly on the event page. This allows you to be notified automatically if a space opens up.
How to Join the Waiting List
Select the session you want to attend
If the session is full, the system will display an option to join the waiting list
If other sessions within the same event series still have spaces, you will see a message suggesting alternative sessions
To continue joining the waiting list, select Proceed to Waiting List
If you prefer to attend another available session, simply close the message and pick a different session
Finding Your Waiting List Status
Once you have joined, the session will appear in your My Events area
The status will display as Waiting List, so you can easily keep track of your pending registrations
How Notifications Work
If a space becomes available, everyone on the waiting list receives an email notification at the same time
The email includes a link that takes you back to the registration page
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis
If the session fills up again before you register, you will remain on the waiting list
You will continue to receive notifications each time a space becomes available while your waiting list status remains active
