To review and manage delegates on a waiting list, you need access to the Management Console and Events Management.
Searching for an Event
Access the Management Console and select Event Management.
Click Search courses and events. Use filters such as Domain and Keywords to narrow your search, then click Search.
Once you’ve found the relevant event, click Edit on the right-hand side to open the event and session details.
Managing Delegates on the Waiting List
Navigate to the session and click Manage delegates. The "Manage Delegates" screen allows you to:
View all users on the waiting list.
Add new users to the waiting list:
Click Add delegates.
Search for the person you want to add, tick the checkbox next to their name, and select Add to waiting list.
Note: This option is only available if the maximum number of waiting list spots set during session creation has not been reached.
Remove users from the waiting list:
In the "Manage Delegates" section, locate the Waiting List area.
Select the delegate you wish to remove and click Remove from waiting list.
Enrolling Delegates from the Waiting List
Adding Delegates when Spaces Become Available:
If spots open up due to cancellations, scroll to Waiting List on the "Manage Delegates" screen.
Select the delegate/delegates you want to enrol on the session (Ensure places are available). Click Add/Change enrolment.
If space is available, the delegate will be moved to the enrolled list.
Note there is a space indicator above the Waiting List to show if places are available.
