How to resend an Invitation Email

This guide explains how you can resend an invitation email to a member of staff using the Skillcast platform. Resending an invitation ensures that staff members receive the necessary access to your system.

What is an Invitation Email?

An invitation email is sent to staff members to provide them with access to Skillcast. If a staff member has not received their invitation or needs a new one, you can resend it easily.

How to Resend the Invitation Email

To resend an invitation email, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Manage tab in your account.

  • Select Manage users.

  • Find the appropriate member of staff and select Manage User.

  • In the top right, select the option to resend the Invitation Email.

The email information will be displayed. If needed, you can add additional text to the invitation.

To send the email, select Send Invitation.

Tips

  • Before resending, confirm the staff member's email address is correct.

  • You can personalise the invitation by including a custom message.

Limitations

Note:

  • Invitation emails can only be resent to users who have not yet activated their accounts.

  • If the staff member still does not receive the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
