Please ensure you have appropriate administrator permissions to access Offline Activities.
Navigate to Management Console
Access Offline Activities: From the Management Console dashboard, locate and select "Offline Activities" from the navigation menu.
Search for Activities: Use the search functionality within Offline Activities to locate the activities you wish to update. You can search by Keyword, domain, or status (Live, Suspended)..
Select Activities: Once you've identified the activities, either use the "select all" option to choose all activities displayed, or manually select the specific activities you want to update using the tick boxes next to each activity.
Suspend Activities: If you want to suspend live activities, then once you have selected the activities you want to suspend and click on the 'Suspend' Selected' Button. A message will appear showing the number of activities that will be suspended, the name of the activity etc. If you wish to proceed, select the 'Suspend' Button.
Activate Activities: If you want to activate suspended activities, then once you have selected the activities you want to activate and click on the 'Activate' Selected' Button. A message will appear showing the number of activities that will be activated, the name of the activity etc. If you wish to proceed, select the 'Activate' Button.
