How to Bulk Upload Offline Activity Records
Access the bulk upload feature
Start by logging in to your LMS with the correct administrator permissions. From the Management Console, go to the Offline Activities section. Select the Upload Offline Records option to open the bulk upload area.
Download the template spreadsheet
To prepare your upload:
Choose a category under the Upload Offline Records section.
Select Search and choose the activity you want to upload records for.
Make sure the offline activity already exists.
Choose the appropriate user domain.
Select the user unique identifier you want to use.
Download the template spreadsheet provided.
Open the spreadsheet and enter the required information carefully. Follow the guidance in the template to make sure the formatting is correct.

Upload the completed spreadsheet
Once you have filled in the spreadsheet:
Return to the Upload Offline Records section.
Choose Upload File and select your completed spreadsheet.
The LMS will process the file automatically and check for issues.
System validations
During processing, the LMS checks for:
Missing fields
Incorrect data formats, such as invalid dates or user IDs
Activity-specific or domain-specific errors
If your file passes validation:
You will see a summary of the total records that are ready to upload.
Select Create Records to complete the upload.
A confirmation message will appear when the upload is successful.
Tips and Troubleshooting
Double-check all fields in the spreadsheet before uploading to reduce errors.
Use the sample data in the template as a guide to avoid formatting issues.
If a file fails validation, review the error messages and update the spreadsheet accordingly.
Limitations
Records cannot be partially uploaded. Any validation errors must be resolved before the file can be processed.
Only existing offline activities can accept uploaded records.
