Step 1: Enable the Feature
To begin using these fields, you'll need to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request the activation of the following setting in your LMS:
Setting to Enable: Record learning outcomes, development need, and reflective statement
Once your CSM enables this feature, you'll be able to access these additional fields in your LMS, under My Learning > CPD > E-learning.
Step 2: Using Pre-Populated Fields
After the feature is enabled, the following fields will be available for use:
Learning Outcomes and Development Needs: These fields will automatically be pre-populated for certain Skillcast modules.
Reflective Statement: Learners can manually add a Reflective Statement to record their personal thoughts, insights, and reflections on the e-learning activity.
These fields will help learners track their progress and document their learning journey effectively.
Step 3: Adding Fields for Other Activities
If you'd like to populate or edit the Learning Outcomes and Development Needs fields for other e-learning activities, you can do so in the Learning Path activity settings. For more information please follow this link to our support article.
