How It Works
Save Your Progress
You can now save your progress at any time while filling out the Offline Activities Form.
Click the "Save Progress" button to store your current input without needing to complete all required fields.
This allows you to continue at your convenience without losing any entered information.
Notification of Save
After clicking "Save Progress," you will receive a confirmation message stating that your progress has been successfully saved. (You may need to refresh the webpage for the Offline Activities Drafts table to appear).
This ensures that you can confidently pause your work without worrying about losing data.
Resume Your Saved Progress
When you return to the Offline Activities Drafts, your previously saved data will be automatically populated in the respective fields.
This allows you to pick up exactly where you left off, making the form completion process seamless.
Offline Activity Drafts can be deleted by selecting the draft you want to delete and then selecting the 'Delete Draft' option.
Submitting Your Form
Once you have completed all required fields, click "Create Training Record" to submit your form.
The system will include all saved data along with any newly entered information.
