This feature allows you to start filling in the form, save your progress as a draft, and return later to complete and submit it. By saving your work at any point, you can avoid losing information and finish the form at a time that suits you.
What saving your progress means
Saving your progress stores the information you have entered so far in the Offline Activities Form. This ensures you can pause your work safely, even if you have not completed all required fields.
How it works
Save your progress
You can save your progress at any time while completing the form.
Select the Save Progress button to store everything you have added so far. You do not need to complete every required field before saving. This allows you to continue later without reentering any information.
Notification of save
After selecting Save Progress, you will receive a confirmation message to let you know that your input has been saved successfully.
You may need to refresh the webpage for the Offline Activities Drafts table to appear.
Resume your saved progress
When you return to the Offline Activities Drafts section, your previously saved information will automatically appear in the relevant fields. You can continue from where you left off without repeating any steps.
If you want to delete an existing draft, select the draft you wish to remove and then choose the Delete Draft option.
Submitting your form
Once all required fields have been completed, select Create Training Record to submit your form.
Tips and troubleshooting
Refresh the page if you cannot see your Offline Activities Drafts after saving.
Confirm that your draft appears in the Drafts table before closing the page.
