How to save your progress when completing an offline activity

This feature enables you to start filling out the form, save your input as a draft, and return later to complete and submit it.

How It Works

Save Your Progress

  • You can now save your progress at any time while filling out the Offline Activities Form.

  • Click the "Save Progress" button to store your current input without needing to complete all required fields.

  • This allows you to continue at your convenience without losing any entered information.

Notification of Save

  • After clicking "Save Progress," you will receive a confirmation message stating that your progress has been successfully saved. (You may need to refresh the webpage for the Offline Activities Drafts table to appear).

  • This ensures that you can confidently pause your work without worrying about losing data.

Resume Your Saved Progress

  • When you return to the Offline Activities Drafts, your previously saved data will be automatically populated in the respective fields.

  • This allows you to pick up exactly where you left off, making the form completion process seamless.

  • Offline Activity Drafts can be deleted by selecting the draft you want to delete and then selecting the 'Delete Draft' option.

Submitting Your Form

  • Once you have completed all required fields, click "Create Training Record" to submit your form.

  • The system will include all saved data along with any newly entered information.
