Question of the Day campaigns provide Learning & Development (L&D) teams with an effective way to reinforce training by testing employees' knowledge in a structured yet engaging manner. With campaigns, team members receive a daily question, allowing them to check their understanding and retain key information over time. This proactive approach helps bridge knowledge gaps, track progress, and enhance learning outcomes.
The campaigns are easy to set up and highly customisable.
After setting up the start date and time of the campaign, it is possible to decide how many questions and how frequently the users should receive them. If preferred, days can be skipped in a week if those days are usually busy, and answers might be missed.
Users will receive an email every time a new question is available.
It is possible to turn off these emails, and the team who set up the campaign can manually send a deeplink for the campaign.
Once the user selects the link, they will be taken to the active campaign. They can answer the question or check their performance in the campaign.
After completing the current question, there is an opportunity to go through a short course regarding the relevant topic. This is optional.
The campaign owner can see all the user's results, which can be used to fill knowledge gaps within the team.
