Aida is the AI assistant created by Skillcast. Aida gives simple, clear answers to employee questions about compliance issues, along with hyperlinked citations for further reading.
Aida references all courses, policies and external resources accessible by the employee on Skillcast. Any documents linked to a course are also referenced. Aida doesn't use prior knowledge or general information on the internet to inform the answers. If Aida can't answer a question based on the referenced content, it will decline to provide an answer.
