This guide will walk you through the steps to open Aida, the Skillcast AI assistant. Depending on your organisation's settings, Aida may be available in several locations within your portal.
Where to Find Aida
Aida can be accessed in up to three locations:
On the Portal
Within a Course
In Policies
Starting a Conversation
Select any of the Ask Aida buttons to start a conversation with Aida, wherever you see them.
Tips and Troubleshooting
If you cannot find Aida in one of the locations above, your organisation’s settings may limit where it appears.
Try refreshing your page if the Aida icon does not load.
If you experience any issues, select "Contact Support" by clicking the Info icon on your portal.
