This guide will walk you through the steps to open Aida.
Depending on the settings, Aida might be available in three locations.
1. On the portal in the upper right corner.
2. In a course. In the case of a left-to-right course, Aida will be in the upper right corner next to other options.
In the case of a scrolling course, Aida will be in the upper left corner.
3. Policies. Aida will be on the policy menu.
Select the Ask Aida buttons to start a conversation with Aida.
If you experience any issues, select "Contact Support" by clicking the Info icon on your portal.
