Discussions with Aida

This guide will walk you through the steps to have discussions with Aida. Follow these simple instructions to get started.

Once you select the Ask Aida button, the chat window will open.

In the case of the portal, the chat window will always be in the centre of the page.

Depending on the settings of the policies and courses, the chat window can be either in the centre of the page, like on the portal or the right-hand side.

Select the Close button to exit the chat window.

Select the text box at the bottom to start the discussion and type your question. Select the arrow or Enter button on your keyboard to send your question.

You can select the hyperlink to see the source of the answer and for additional details. Also, you can use the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons if you like or dislike the answer.

Select the New conversation button if you want to restart the conversation from the beginning.

You can then start a new conversation or return to your current one by selecting the Cancel button.
