This guide will walk you through how to see all the discussions users completed with Aida.
Go to Dashboard and select the Aida tile.
Select the Questions option if you want to see all the questions.
You can also see the questions users liked or disliked.
Once you select one of the options above, you will see the list of discussions with Aida.
You can filter the discussions by selecting a date range. Select the starting and finished dates, then the Apply button.
You can use the search option if you have a specific word you are looking for. Just insert the word and select Enter on your keyboard.
You can download the questions in an Excel file by selecting the Download button or print them by selecting the Print button.
You can also reorganise the questions using the dropdown menu on the right side.
To see the details of the discussion, select the View conversation button.
You can also see the number of citations Aida used to answer user questions. Go back to Aida on the Dashboard. Select the View citations option under the pie chart.
On the next page, you will see the frequency of the citations. You can filter, download or print the results like the questions above.
Select a citation to see all the details. You will see the list of conversations where a citation was used to answer questions.
You can also see the key phrases used in discussions. Return to the Aida option on the Dashboard. Select the View key phrases option under the pie chart.
On the next page, you will see the frequency of the key phrases used while chatting with Aida. You can filter, download or print the results like the questions above.
Select a key phrase to see all the details. You will see the list of conversations in which a key phrase was included in discussions.
If you experience any issues, select "Contact Support" by clicking the Info icon on your portal.
