How to View and Use Aida Reports

This guide will walk you through how to see all the discussions users have completed with Aida. By following these steps, you can easily access, filter, and export information about user interactions, questions, citations, and key phrases.

Accessing Aida Reports

To get started:

  • Go to your Reporting and select the Aida tile.

Once inside, you can choose from several options to view different types of data:

  • Select the 'Questions' option to see all questions users have asked.

  • View which questions users liked or disliked.

  • See a list of all discussions with Aida.

Filtering and Searching Discussions

You can refine your view to focus on specific discussions:

  • Filter by date range: Select the start and end dates, then select Apply.

  • Use the search option: Enter a specific word and select Enter to find relevant discussions.

Exporting and Organising Data

To make further use of your data:

  • Download questions as an Excel file by selecting the Download button.

  • Print questions by selecting the Print button.

  • Reorganise questions using the dropdown menu on the right side.

Viewing Discussion Details

To see more information about a particular discussion:

  • Select the View conversation button to access the full details.

Note: Responses are aggregated across the system, which means you will not see any individual user details.

Reviewing Citations

You can also track how Aida uses citations to answer questions:

  • Go back to Aida on the Reporting and select the View citations option under the pie chart.

  • On the next page, you will see the frequency of citations. You can filter, download, or print the results as needed.

  • Select a citation to see all the conversations where it was used.

Analysing Key Phrases

To understand which key phrases are most common in discussions:

  • Return to the Aida option on Reporting and select the View key phrases option under the pie chart.

  • On the next page, you will see the frequency of key phrases used. You can filter, download, or print the results.

  • Select a key phrase to see all the conversations in which it was mentioned.

Tips and Troubleshooting

  • Use filters and search to quickly find the information you need.

  • Download or print reports for sharing or record-keeping.

  • Preview your selections before exporting to ensure accuracy.
