This guide explains how you can view the status of all Learning Paths assigned within your LMS. You’ll learn where to find live and suspended Learning Paths, how to filter the list, and where to view assignment details such as deadlines, audience size and completion levels.
Viewing Learning Path status
You can quickly see all Learning Paths available to you by accessing them from your dashboard.
Select the Dashboard page and choose the Learning Path KPI tile. This displays all live Learning Paths that have been assigned.
Use the inline filters to refine your view. You can search by keyword, toggle to show suspended Learning Paths, or filter by category and subcategory.
Each card in the list represents a Learning Path and shows key information such as whether it is live or suspended, the total number of assigned users and total completions.
This gives you a clear, high-level overview of all active and inactive Learning Paths in one place.
Viewing Learning Path details
Once you select a Learning Path from the list, you will see a more detailed dashboard view.
The dashboard shows assignment information, assessment interactions and the overall status of the Learning Path.
You can select any KPI card or graph to explore further information about the users assigned to that Learning Path.
This enables you to understand engagement, troubleshoot incorrect responses and monitor how learners are progressing through their assigned content.
