This guide explains how you can explore assignment details within your LMS so you can understand progress at the assignment, activity and user levels. You’ll learn how to check activity completion, view user‑level engagement and access training records, helping you stay in control of Learning Path performance.
Learning Paths
If you want a full overview of activity performance within a Learning Path, you can access this from the Learning Paths dashboard.
Select the Learning Paths KPI card to display all Learning Paths with at least one assigned user. You can use search and filter options to narrow the list or toggle to include suspended Learning Paths.
Choose a Learning Path to continue, then select the Activities KPI card. You will now see all activities included in that Learning Path with aggregated completion statistics across all assigned users.
Select an activity to see a full list of users and their completion details.
You can refine the list using keyword search, filters for optional activities or completion status.
Select View Records on any user card to access detailed training records.
This area helps you quickly identify which activities are progressing well and where learners may need extra support.
Assignments
When you need to understand how learners are progressing through their assigned Learning Paths, you can view activity‑level breakdowns directly within the Assignments area.
Select View assignments and choose the assignment or Learning Path you want to explore. You will see a KPI card labelled Activities or Assigned Activities. This shows the total number of unique activities included.
Select this card to open a detailed view. Each activity appears as its own card, displaying key information such as activity type, completion numbers, pending or failed counts, and where available, average score and time spent.
Select any activity to see individual learner progress. From here, you can search or filter user records, including optional assignments, and review statuses such as not started, in progress and completed.
This view gives you clear insight into how each activity is performing across all assigned users.
Employees
If you want to review activity progress for a specific employee, you can do so from the Employees section.
Select the Employees KPI card. You’ll see all users who fall under your reporting remit.
Choose a user and select the View Assignments graph to see all active assignments allocated to them. You can search or sort these to locate any activity you need.
Selecting an assignment shows the status of all required activities, including those the user has not yet begun.
Select an activity to view any available training records related to that activity.
This makes it easy to check individual learning journeys and identify whether follow‑up is needed.
