Introduction
The Diagnostic Assessments are created on the Skillcast CMS by our Professional Services Team. The team will add the objectives with the rules. Audience groups will be created automatically based on the objectives set. They are hidden in Audience Management and linked to the module's domain. The diagnostic audience groups can be picked up from the Audience page of the Learning Path.
Purpose
By completing the assessment, the user gets a score based on the questions and objectives answered.
Diagnostic assessments utilise objectives to assign learners to specific audience groups based on their pass or fail of the mastery score.
These groups enable companies to spot and fill knowledge gaps and create custom curriculums for learners based on the diagnostic.
Getting Started
Browse and select the assessments you want to use for the Diagnostic Assessments. Export them to Word, make any additions, updates, or removals as needed, then email your CSM to kickstart the process with the Professional Services Team and complete the diagnostic rollout.
Typically, companies use our Compliance Bites to select questions, but you can use any questions from the libraries included in your subscription.
