Reporting on Compliance Registers

This guide explains how you can view Compliance Registers on Reporting. It highlights what information will appear and how submissions are grouped.

How to use

  • Select View registers to get started

  • Submission statuses are grouped into the following categories:

    • Approved

    • Not Approved

    • Submitter for Approval

    • Withdrawn

    • In Progress

If you do not see Compliance Registers on Reporting, please contact your Customer Success Manager by selecting Send us a message via the help icon on your portal, or by emailing [email protected].

Reporting Scenarios

  • The Reporting graph shows the total submissions across all registers you can access.

  • When you click to view registers:

    • KPIs from the graph are displayed.

    • You will see individual cards for each register, showing submission statuses.

    • You can filter and sort the results.

    • Selecting a KPI lets you view individual submissions (shown as cards).

    • Downloads only include the summary information shown on the page – not detailed submissions.

Tips

  • Archived accounts are not shown by default. They only appear if you enable the archived filter at Reporting level.

  • You will always be able to see your own submissions, as long as you have Reporting access.

Limitations

  • Reporting downloads only include summary information, not detailed submission data.

  • Cards displayed on Reporting are not clickable.

  • Anonymous registers are not enabled.
