How to Review Question of the Day Results in the Dashboard

This guide explains how to access and interpret results from the Question of the Day (QOTD) feature in your Dashboard. QOTD is available to users subscribed to Enhanced or Premium Packages and provides insights into employee engagement and knowledge across different campaigns and topics.


What You Need to Know

  • The QOTD feature displays daily questions and tracks employee responses.

  • The layout for QOTD may differ from the standard Dashboard view.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Accessing QOTD Results

  • Go to the Dashboard and locate the Question of the Day card.

  • For detailed information at user level, click the View Results button on the QOTD card.

2. Searching and Filtering Campaigns

  • Use the Search area to browse through different QOTD campaigns.

  • Select the relevant campaign to review the topics covered by the questions.

3. Reviewing Topic Results

  • Click on a topic card to see:

    • The number of questions asked about that topic throughout the campaign.

    • Each employee’s results for those questions.

4. Analysing Employee Engagement

  • Review the results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Use the data to inform future training or engagement initiatives.


Tips

  • Use the Search and filter options to quickly find specific campaigns or topics.

  • Regularly review QOTD results to monitor employee participation and knowledge retention.

  • The QOTD feature is only available to Enhanced or Premium Package subscribers.
