This article explains how you can view Fast Track learning insights directly from your Dashboard. These insights help you understand how learners progress through a module, including whether they used the pre-assessment option.
How to view Fast Track reporting
You can access Fast Track insights from the Dashboard. To view the data:
Go to Dashboard.
Under E-learning, select View courses.
Choose the module you want to review.
Select View records to open the learner-level reporting.
You will now see a column showing each learner's Fast Track status.
Understanding Fast Track statuses
You will see one of the following statuses in the Fast Track reporting column:
Passed (pre-assessment) | The learner passed the pre-assessment, which means they completed the course without needing to complete all module steps. |
Passed (failed pre-assessment) | The learner did not pass the pre-assessment but completed the full module pathway and passed the final assessment. |
- | There is no record of the pre-assessment being used. This means the learner either did not take the pre-assessment or the course was completed before Fast Track became available. |
Tips and troubleshooting
If you cannot see the Fast Track status, check that you are viewing the learner records at module level rather than course overview level.
If a learner believes they used the pre-assessment but no status is shown, check whether the Fast Track option was enabled for that module at the time.
Limitations
Note:
Fast Track reporting is only available for modules where Fast Track has been enabled.
Pre-assessment records will not appear for completions achieved before Fast Track was released.
