Status | Meaning |
On Track | The learner is considered On Track when they have achieved enough CPD hours or points, relative to the amount of time that has elapsed in their CPD period, to remain on course for meeting their target by the end of the scheme. Progress is measured proportionally throughout the CPD period. |
Falling Behind | The learner is considered Falling Behind when their accumulated CPD hours or points are below the level expected at that stage of their CPD period. The system compares actual progress against a pro-rated target and identifies learners who may need additional CPD activity to meet their target before the end of the scheme. |
Completed | The learner has reached their CPD Target |
Falling Behind Example
CPD Target | Time Elapsed | Expected Progress to Remain On Track |
30 CPD points over 12 months | 3 months | 7.5 points |
30 CPD points over 12 months | 6 months | 15 points |
If a learner's progress falls below these expected milestones, they will be shown as Falling Behind.
