Instead of manually updating content page by page, you can tell Aida what changes you would like to make, and it will generate suggested updates for you to review before applying them.

How to access Edit with Aida
Edit with Aida is a permission-based feature. If you have access, you can find it by:
Navigating to Content Management > Find a module.
Opening a module and selecting Edit with Aida from the module properties.
Set up organisation details
For more personalised content updates, you can provide organisation information. Aida uses these details to tailor module content to your organisation.
Note: Providing organisation details is optional. You can use Edit with Aida without completing these fields if you prefer.
What can you do with Edit with Aida?
With Edit with Aida, you can:
Customise content by describing the changes you want to make.
Update information across a module, such as replacing contact details.
Tailor content for a specific organisation, sector or audience.
Ask questions about the module content.
Summarise the course structure and key topics.
Check whether specific subjects are included in the module.
Receive AI-generated suggestions to improve content.
Review suggested updates before applying them.

Preview your course
The Preview button allows you to view your course directly within Edit with Aida before publishing. This helps you review content changes in context and ensure everything looks correct.
Publish updates directly
Once you are happy with your changes, you can publish the updated module directly from Edit with Aida without leaving the editing experience.
View accepted changes easily
Accepted suggestions are clearly highlighted. When you accept a change, the top of the suggestion card turns green, making it easy to identify which updates have been approved.

Limitations
While Edit with Aida can help you customise and improve content quickly, there are some limitations to be aware of:
Edit with Aida can only edit existing content. It cannot create new pages or sections within a course.
Images cannot be edited or customised using Edit with Aida.
Adding or deleting pages and elements is not currently supported.
Complex customisations may still require manual editing if you need precise control over wording, formatting, or content structure.
AI-generated suggestions can only be accepted or rejected. Individual suggestions cannot currently be edited before being applied.
Some element types are not supported. For example, certain media elements, such as video players, may not be accessible for customisation.
Adding large amounts of generated content may increase page length and impact the learner experience.
AI-generated content may not reflect the latest legislation, regulations, or compliance requirements. You should always review generated content before publishing to ensure it is accurate and appropriate for your organisation.
