Yes. As part of our user provisioning options, Skillcast allows clients to automatically upload a spreadsheet or CSV file to an SFTP site, where the system will process the file on a predefined schedule such as daily or weekly.
Skillcast also supports PGP encryption for files uploaded via this method. PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) is an established encryption standard used to protect file contents.
Although SFTP is already an encrypted transfer method and provides a secure channel on its own, some organisations prefer to add an extra layer of protection by encrypting the file before uploading it. This is more secure than adding a password to a spreadsheet, which we do not support.
If you would like to send PGP‑encrypted files as part of your data feed, please let your Customer Success Manager know during setup so this can be configured for you.
