Can external contractors who are not in our HR system access the portal for training?

Yes. You can set up a dedicated domain for external contractors who are not included in your regular HR feed. Their accounts can be created and managed manually. A designated administrator would handle tasks such as archiving, updating, and reactivating these accounts whenever needed.

Although these users sit outside your main staff population, they can still be included in reporting or reported on as their own group.
