Yes. Skillcast supports Just in Time (JIT) provisioning as part of an SSO setup. When a user clicks the SSO login URL, an account will be created automatically if one does not already exist. This allows new users to access the platform immediately without requiring a prior upload or manual account creation.
There are, however, some important considerations when choosing JIT provisioning compared with other user provisioning methods. Factors such as user data completeness, role assignment, and onboarding processes should be reviewed before deciding whether JIT is the best option for your organisation.
