How to view issued SoCs
1. Select Management Console > SMCR registers > Select the register and select the person, then select the Statement of Certification tab:

2. This shows any previous SoCs issued, plus any reasons for rejections:

How to issue SoCs
1. From the Statement of Certification tab, scroll down to Issue new Statement of Certification
2. Complete the details and select all declarations (unless you plan to save the SoC as a draft)
Can't issue a SoC? This may be because:
Submissions are set as Enforced in the staff register's Settings tab
There may be an open alert on the submission
3. Select Issue Certificate. The CP will receive an email notification for them to review, accept or reject. To view the status of issued SoCs, visit the Statement of Certification tab
