This article explains how you can manage email notifications for trainers and trainees linked to Offline Activities in your portal. Adjusting these settings helps you stay in control of reminders and updates, ensuring everyone receives the right information at the right time.
What this feature does
The Offline Activity notification settings allow you to choose who receives email alerts and how often. This is especially useful for keeping trainers and trainees updated about activity progress without manual follow‑up.
How to set the notification schedule
You can manage notification schedules from the Management Console. To do this, you need access to both the Management Console and the Offline Activities section.
Go to the Management Console
Select Offline Activities
Select Notifications
Tick the boxes to enable notifications for either the trainer or trainee
Choose the preferred time and frequency for the notification emails
Select Save
You will then see an overview of all current notification schedules so you can confirm everything is set correctly.
Tips
Make sure trainers and trainees have correct email addresses in their profiles to ensure notifications are delivered without issues
Review schedules regularly, especially when new Offline Activities are added
Keep frequency reasonable to avoid unnecessary inbox clutter
Limitations
Notification options depend on your organisation’s permissions setup
Only users with access to the Management Console and Offline Activities can modify these settings
