How to disable my Out of Office setting

If you have enabled your out of office on your Compliance Register, you will still be able to review any submissions assigned to you in an approval workflow. However, while out of office is active, you will not be able to action or complete any approvals.

This guide explains how to disable your out of office so that you can resume approval activity.

How to disable your out of office

To resume approval actions, you need to deactivate your out of office setting.

  • Go to the Settings tab on your portal

  • Select Delete Out of office

  • Your out of office status will be removed and you will regain access to all approval actions

Tips

  • Always disable out of office as soon as you are actively working again to avoid workflow delays
