This article explains how to submit a declaration on the Gifts and Hospitality Register and where to find your submitted records.
Accessing the register
The Gifts and Hospitality Register will appear in the Registers tab of your portal. Select it to begin your submission.
Choosing the type of submission
Once opened, you will be asked What do you want to do?
Use the drop‑down menu to choose from the available options:
Receive a gift
Offer a gift
Receive hospitality
Offer hospitality
After selecting the relevant option, the corresponding form will appear.
Completing the submission form
Fields marked with * are mandatory
Additional guidance is available by selecting the ? icons next to the field labels
Complete each section with as much accurate detail as possible
Once all required fields are filled in, select Submit.
Viewing your submissions
Your completed entry will appear under the My Submissions tab.
Here you can view:
The status of your submission
Any updates or changes made during the review process
