Generate a report for compliance register submissions

The administrator must give you access to run or generate a report for submission in the compliance register.

To access the report, go to the Registers page or category, and select the Reporting tab.

You can use the filters to refine the report for example a set time period or you could have further filters based on the attributes you use in your portal e.g. Location .

Once you have set your parameters for the report, or leave the fields blank to run the full report and click on Generate Report.

The report is presented as an excel spreadsheet and will include all the details of the submission made, including the comments.

Please note:

  • Access to some of the data may also be restricted e.g. if you do have access to the reports, you may only be able to report on a specific set of users based on the configuration settings create by the administrator.

  • Additional reporting filter can be added to the reporting by the administrator.
