Assigned compliance surveys or declarations appear on your portal under the relevant category or Learning Path.
Select the survey or declaration and then select the Start button.
A set of questions and answer options will appear. Depending on your answers, you might get advice or be asked for extra information.
At the end, you can review your responses. To make changes, select the menu (hamburger icon) to go to the section you want to update. Then either select the Next button or select the menu to go to the Review and Submit page.
When you're ready to submit the answers, scroll to the foot of the page and select Submit.
