How to Cancel an Event Session
Access Events Management
Start by opening the Management Console. From the dashboard, select Event Management. This takes you to the area where you can search for, edit, and manage events and their associated sessions.
Search for the event
Within Event Management, select Search courses and events. Use filters such as Domain and Keywords to narrow down your search. Once you locate the correct event, select Edit from the right-hand side. This opens the details of the event along with its scheduled sessions.
Manage event sessions
Scroll down to the list of upcoming sessions. To review who is enrolled or to enrol additional users manually, select Manage delegates. This allows you to see the full list of delegates for that particular session.
Cancel the event session
To cancel a specific session for all enrolled users:
Select Cancel session.
Enter any message you want to include in the cancellation email.
Provide a reason for the cancellation.
Confirm the cancellation to notify all delegates and update the session status.
