Building up your policy library and tracking previous versions is a key feature of the Skillcast Policy hub.
The application will also allow you to download a report in a excel to show you the details of the history and versions of one or more policies.
To download a version report:
1. Click on management console and then on policy management
2. Use the search fields to locate a policy or policies by clicking on search and returning results.
3. At the bottom of the search results you will have 3 buttons. Click on the Policy Version button to download into a excel details of current and previous versions of the policies.
The document you download will contain information specific to individual versions such as the release notes, approvers, date added.
