How to add and manage attestations for policies

Updating attestations, plus a way to customise the questions.

Permissions needed:

  • Management Console

  • Policy Management

1. Select Management Console > Policy Management:

2. Enter some policy details and select Search

3. Select the policy and then select the Attestation tab:

4. Add details in the following to update the attestation:

Initial release date

When the policy will be released and available to all users in the audience group

Deadline period

Latest date that current users must attest to the policy

New joiner deadline period

Latest date that new joiners must attest to the policy

Re-attestation

If the policy requires re-attestation, select the dropdown to select

Re-attestation deadline period

Set a different deadline for all current users

Audience groups

Select to choose the Audience Groups from the Non Selected Items box. Then select Add to selected items.
