This article explains how policy administrators can review, reply to and resolve comments made by Policy Approvers during the approval workflow. You will need access to the Management Console and Policy Management to complete these steps.
Finding the relevant policy
Select Search and use the filters to refine your results. Make sure the Policy Status is set correctly:
Live – for policies currently available to users where a new version is under review
In Development – for brand‑new policies progressing through the approval process
Reviewing comments
After selecting the relevant policy, open the Document tab. Here you will be able to see:
The total number of comments made
How many comments have been resolved
Replying to and resolving comments
Select Open Policy, then choose the Comment tab in the Policy Information panel.
From here you can:
View all comments left by Policy Approvers
Reply to comments that need clarification or discussion
Select Resolve on any comment once the issue has been addressed
Resolving comments helps keep the review process organised and ensures approvers can clearly see what has been completed.
