How to duplicate a module

Did you know you can customise pre-existing modules to speed up your workflow? This article shows how.

Updated over a month ago

Duplicating and modifying an off-the-shelf module is much easier than creating a module from scratch. You can improve, customise, and change your preference, rather than take a new 'blank canvas' approach.

Whether duplicating or creating a new module, please speak to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) before publishing, so they can check that the setup works correctly

1. Find the module you want to duplicate

2. Make a note of the Domain being used

3. Select Duplicate in the Module sidebar

4. Enter a new code (not visible to end users)

5. Select the same content domain as the original module (unless you require different settings)

6. Select the Copy button to make a local duplicate (any other local copies will appear)

7. Contact your CSM, who will check that all properties are correct
